About COX Architecture

COX has a deep understanding of the Menangle Site, its surrounds and its opportunities, having been involved in the staged realisation of the vision for the site since inception.

In 2022, COX were engaged to develop an Urban Design Report to support the Southern Gateway Business Park Menangle Planning Proposal. COX has been instrumental in sharing a collective understanding of the site with the broader project team and designing an aspirational concept plan and urban design framework for the site. Cox have worked to shape an innovative and sustainable precinct that respects and celebrates Country, and the site's natural assets, while delivering a significant number of new jobs for the Greater Macarthur Priority Growth Area and beyond.

About Urbis Engagement

Urbis Engagement is a national consultancy which seeks to create shared ownership between its clients and the community.

Urbis Engagement has worked with developers, property owners, investors, private firms, NGOs, community organisations, industry associations and all levels of government.

Our engagement team will liaise with residents neighbouring the proposal site and the wider community to provide you clear and accurate project information. We will deliver an independent, transparent and accountable consultation process to ensure your questions are answered and your feedback considered in development of the proposal.

Please note these consultation methods and the feedback received by Urbis Engagement will not qualify as a formal submission, all formal submissions will need to be via Council’s website.
